The Indigenous Criminal Courtwork Program
The Indigenous Criminal Courtwork Program assists accused offenders to better understand their rights, options and responsibilities when appearing before the courts with a charged offence. Indigenous Courtworkers are not Lawyers and do not give legal advice. Priorities for the Courtworker are advocacy at the time of bail and sentencing for accused Indigenous people.
Due to COVID-19 the Courtworker is working remotely and can be reached at 289-697-4768 or ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’
